The foundation of this company was laid by Sunil Bansal, chairman, and managing director, Utkarsh India. A befitting son Utkarsh, has carried forward the baton, taking the company to new heights. Since its inception in 1987, the company has constantly evolved, transmitting from production of only MS and GI ERW pipes to a manufacturing conglomerate, providing a diverse range of products including transmission line towers & substations structure, high mast poles, polygonal/conical poles & steel tubular poles, PVC pipes and fittings, HDPE pipes, ERW steel tubes & pipes, metal beam crash barriers and railway electrification structures
